The Application Process


1. Submitting a Family Application


Your application information allows us to search for nannies and other employees that will fit your specific needs and circumstances, therefore providing the best possible match.

There is a $100 non-refundable application fee to begin your search. For online and faxed applications, a representative will contact you to begin the payment process. For mailed applications, please include your check or money order payable to The Nanny Group in the envelope.



2. Reviewing your Family Application


A member of our staff will review your application, then contact you to make an appointment, either on the phone or in person, to further discuss your needs, and to provide you with a copy
of our Client Agreement.



3. Interview Process


The interview process will now begin! The Nanny Group will provide you with a list of fully qualified and screened candidates for you to interview, complete with background, profile, and

prior employment information.



4. Making an Offer


Once you have decided on a candidate for employment, you have two choices on how to proceed. You may extend an offer directly to the candidate, and inform us of your choice and offer, or you may contact us and allow The Nanny Group to handle the negotiations on your behalf.



5. Agency Referral Fee


The agency referral fee is due in full prior to the candidates first day of employment. The referral fee will be covered in your Client Agreement.



Our service does not end once we have placed your nanny! We are available to assist you at any time during this process and during your nanny's tenure. We offer a 6 month guarantee for all placements.
